Dear Jeramie,
you can export the dataset from flexImaging to the Analyze 7.5 format used in Biomap.
In the “file” menu, choose “export”->”acquired data”.
If you have further questions, please feel free to contact the Bruker software support (you find the contact details in the “help”->”about” box of flexImaging).
