Hello,
Our lab uses a Bruker Microflex MALDI-TOF for imaging tissue samples and we wanted to make a movie of the data (like in BioMap…export image as .avi movie). We usually use FlexImaging software but it does not seem to be able to make movies. I am a frequent user of BioMap but I couldn’t get the data to load so I tried the Create Target and Analyze This software (since it is compatible with similar Flex instruments) but it still will not recognize the file formats.
Does the software need to be installed on the same computer containing FlexControl and FlexImaging software?
Is there a better manual for new users?
Thanks,
Jeramie
Dear Jeramie,
you can export the dataset from flexImaging to the Analyze 7.5 format used in Biomap.
In the “file” menu, choose “export”->”acquired data”.
If you have further questions, please feel free to contact the Bruker software support (you find the contact details in the “help”->”about” box of flexImaging).
best regards
Soeren
