Thanks, Markus, one of the issues may not be described clear. The image captured by camera once appeared in my case when I tried to analyse it using BioMap 4 days ago. It’s weird that I can’t get the image which is acquired by camera with Raster model after that day. Even I export the original file acquired by AXIMA QIT using Launchpad and import the .img using BioMap again. Additionally, I wonder I should open the file using ‘Import–MSI’ option or another option ‘Load–Scan’? The original file was acquired by AXIMA-QIT, and then exported by biomap to obtain .img file.
