In the beginning, the file exported by biomap in Launchpad should be selected using ‘Import-MSI’ option or ‘Load-scan’ option? My file is acquired by Lauchpad using Raster mode. Some issues exist for the image reconstruction. I can get the real scan picture of slide yesterday though failed to image reconstruction, but I failed to get the real scan picture of slide today using the same file. Anybody can help me figure out the issues? Thanks.
I upload the figure.
A typical workflow in BioMap involves opening/importing the files and then saving the data to the internal database. I don’t understand what you try to achieve and where it fails. File input/export is also explained in detail in the BioMap manual (pdf in the BioMap folder). Please report back with more details and we’ll try to solve the issue.

Thanks, Markus, one of the issues may not be described clear. The image captured by camera once appeared in my case when I tried to analyse it using BioMap 4 days ago. It’s weird that I can’t get the image which is acquired by camera with Raster model after that day. Even I export the original file acquired by AXIMA QIT using Launchpad and import the .img using BioMap again. Additionally, I wonder I should open the file using ‘Import–MSI’ option or another option ‘Load–Scan’? The original file was acquired by AXIMA-QIT, and then exported by biomap to obtain .img file.

Indeed, this is weird. But opening the data using “Import” – “MSI” is the way to go for this data.
