Currently I am working on a project, in which I spray trypsin with airbrush and then let the digestion happen overnight in 37 degree. After dry the section for 30min, I apply CHCA matrix using the same airbrush. I am wondering if anyone has done similar experiments. Any experimental details like setup, trypsin amount, CHCA amount, etc, would be appreciated.
