Hello!
I have installed Biomap and the IDL virtual machine successfully, but I am not able to import DICOM data from our examinations. I created a path under Edit – Defaults to the needed Dicom folder. If I want to import the DICOM data a PASL-WRITEDAT error occurs. The program is searching for the dicom file \subject.dat. What is the subject.dat and where can I find this file?
Can anybody help me?
Katja
Most probably you don’t have write-permission to this folder. BioMAP stores the information on scans and subjects in a seperate file (subject.dat and scan.dat) to shorten lengthy scanning procedures.
I am having the exact same problem.
I had build 3752 but then I applied the update to 3755
No change in my error
2 different message boxes come up, one after another, for each file in the DICOM folder.
See attached image files.
Your quick help on this is much appreciated.

Please try to open the files after moving them to a different directory without special characters (no spaces, no commas) in its name.
