We were asked on how to select the color scale used to generate the images in the latest publication ([url=/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=166&catid=13:literature&Itemid=45]link…[/url]) from Graham Cooks’ lab.
There are two way on applying a color scale. A selected set of color scales is show by clicking on the ‘Set Color Scale’ icon or by selecting the ‘Color Scale’ menu item. A more featured menu will open up when you click on the color scale bar in the main screen.
