Data conversion for the new software offered by Shimadzu (Axima)

We have upgraded our Axima CFR (hardware and software) to allow tissue Maldi analysis. I have run a tissue scan and I have tried to see if the file can be also coverted (by AximaToAnalyze) to be viewed by BioMap. I have gotten an error when attempting the conversion.

Does anybody know if the file format was changed in this new version?

The software version that is currently loaded on our machine is 2.8.1.20080410.

Hi,

With the new version 2.8 of LAUNCHPAD, you can use the "imaging option" to export automatically the data with the format of BIOMAP. Please ask your representative for the option.
