I have tried converting the data obtained from an AXIMA-CFR using the converter Axima2Analyze. The two files (.img and .hdr) are generated, but and I got an error when trying to load the file in BioMaps (using File/Import/MSI). Looking at the files it appears that they are really small (about 4kb each).
I was wondering if the file/data structure of the CFR is the same of QIT.
Also I was thinking if the set-up steps are the same for the two systems.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Couple of observations:
– the latest distribution for the conversion program does not include the Manual
– I am attaching a file that described what setting we used (they were included in the original manual)
– also in the attached file there are some functions that did not work in the BioMap. For me they are not important, but I wanted to mention them as they might still indicate a data forma issueIf anybody has specific questions for me please email to bantohe@microfab.com as I do not read this forum often.
Cheers,
