It seems that BioMap has some problems with files written in little endian. If the header size (first integer in the hdr file) is set to 348 as it is standard in Analyze 7.5 BioMap deadlocks. If the header size is bigger, for example 384 as in a BioMap demo file, and it becomes negative when read in wrong byte order everything works fine. Will this bug be solved in future BioMap version or is it better to use the header format as in the header format as in the demo file?
