I am trying to import image files made by 4800 imaging tool V3.2 on 4800 MALDI TOF/TOF analyzer. The file format is *.img and the size is 31890 kb. However, a window shows up with "Error in function BIOMAP_EVENT Array dimesions must be greater than 0". I appreciate your help.
I have had this same problem before, this was solved by renaming the three file names of the .img, .t2m and .hdr to something simple (all the same name). I had some funny characters in my file name that was preventing it from opening.
