Front Page › Forums › BioMap › Error When importing .img file in TissueView
Hello,
I’m using a the 4800 Imaging Tool with our 4800 TOF/TOF and while importing to TissueView, I keep getting an error (see attached) and cannot open the file.
I’ve been routinely been using your software for months now but this is a first error that I have received of it’s kind. The only thing that is different this time is I’m imaging at a different mass range than before, now(m/z 1100 – 1750), then (m/z 700-1000)
That data points digitized for that mass range is under the software’s limit of 32767, I’m at manual acquisition and 255 total shots/ spectrum. If you need anymore info,I’d be happy to share.
Please remove dots from the file/directory name (except before the extension) and try again. This is an annoying bug from the past which never got fixed 😉
