I would like to know how to set the variables for the gamma variate function under /Analysis/MRI/DSC-PWI. What is the cutoff time (start, end? in respect to end baseline or maximal drop, ..), what is the cutoff amplitude (in respect to baseline and maximal drop of signal..).

Please refer to page 52 of the BioMap manual included with BioMap version 3.6.6. Let us know if that doesn’t help…
Dear,
I managed to get relative CBV maps, calculating the CTC is not difficult as you don’t need an AIF.
My problem is to create a good AIF.
Either with ROI, cluster of actual option it does not work.
COuld someone clarify please what the ATD model stands for: amplitude, time to peak and delay ?????
And why are the parameters stored as atda-t-d-and c in stead of GpDF_a-t-d and c?
Thanks for any help
Greet
I never used this function and I passed on this question to the person who wrote this routine. You may also want to have a look at www.biomap.ch for MRI related information.
