I am trying to import image files made by Qstar (Analyst qs 2). The file format is *.wiff, I manually changed it to *.img and then tried to import it to biomap through MSI. here is the message I get
[i]”Error in function BIOMAP_EVENT Array dimesions must be greater than 0″[/i]
I saw in some thread that this means the file has more data point than biomap can handle. But I didn’t see what to do to get around the problem. I also don’t quiet know if that was the right way to conver .wiff file to .img file.
