How to export all spec info from MSI data?

Hi,

Does anybody know how to export all Mass Spec into a text file as a matrix (or something similiar) using the Biomap sofeware? Thank you very much.

My situation is: I have a Mass Spec data for a tissue sample. The Mass Spec contains many points Mass Spec info in the tissue sample. My question is how could we export the Mass Spec for all points in the smaple into one file, for example as a matrix?

With BioMap, you can export single spectra as text files but not whole datasets. In this forum you’ll find all the information needed to build a small Visual Basic script (e.g. in Microsoft Excel) to export the data as text or to import it into Excel. Alternatively, if you have a license for IDLDE you may directly access the BioMap data and use the built-in export functions of IDL.

Would you be willing to publish you finished script in this forum?
