How to export Xcalibur .RAW data into Bio-map – MS Imaging

I am trying to plot image using Bio-map software. Data were collected using Xcalibur software. I don’t know how to convert this .RAW data into a format that Bio-map could read.
The experiment was performed similar to MALDI imaging technique where as in my situation it is DESI (scanned the surface in zigzag pattern).
Please help me!!
