Hey all!
Our lab just installed a DESI source to our LTQ mass spec. I ran a simple image last night and converted the .RAW files to an image using the supplied FireFly software (creates a .img, .t2m and a .hdr file). I can load the image into BioMap, but I can’t figure out how to isolate a certain mass in the image. For instance, I want to see where 443.26 m/z is present in the image. From the literature I am pretty sure the program is capable of doing this but I cant find out (even in the handbook). There are several articles that show the distribution of a certain drug metabolite in a tissue slice.
Anyone know how to do this?
Jeramie
Nevermind I found it. Thanks anyways.
