Hi,
I’ve installed biomap in my Mac (OS X) but I can’t get my license to work. I’m receiving this message:
PBMT_SETUPSTRUCTURES: Home directory (UserDir) set to /Users/r.morales
PBMT_SETUPSTRUCTURES: Temp directory (TempDir) set to /var/tmp/
FBMT_CHECKFEATURE: Decoding license…
FBMT_CHECKFEATURE: License type: OK = No license
FBMT_CHECKFEATURE: Feature MRI = 0
FBMT_CHECKFEATURE: Feature MSI = 0
FBMT_CHECKFEATURE: Feature WIP = 0
FBMT_CHECKFEATURE: License will expire in 0 days
I’m using the IDL VM 6.3
Can you help me ?
Thanks
Rod
Where did you save the license file and how did you name it?

Hi,
I saved as "licenserc" without extension and saved in the "biomap" folder (/r.morales/applications/biomap").
Me too!!!!
Tried all night and doesnt work..
Any one can help!!
Leon
But the PC used is IBM Windows XP-
There are two things which can go wrong: file extension and location.
Windows: Copy the file lincenserc to %USERPROFILE%/Application Data/BioMap (e.g. C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/Application Data/BioMap. Make sure it does not have an extension. If you are not positive, unpack [file name=removetxt.zip size=143]http://www.maldi-msi.org/components/com_joomlaboard/uploaded/files/removetxt.zip[/file] to the same location and execute it.
Linux/Mac: Copy the file lincenserc to the BioMap dir, e.g. /local/BioMap and remove any extension.
That’s all, we just tested it and it works.

Professional sofrware Man! everything now is working well.
Thanks a lot 😉
Hi !
It’s all good now. My problem was in the text editor not in the place where I put the licenserc file in.
Thanks
