I would like to performe mass calibration for the mass images acquired by MMSIT. I am using a Voyager DE-STR controlled by Voyager 5.10.2. The versions of DataExplorer and MMMSIT are 4.10 and 2.2.1 respectively.
I have successfully acquired images which can be opened and analyzed by BioMap (installed in another separated computer). However, I cannot open those images by MMSIT. The MMSIT user menu said that image can be opened by selecting mass range in the DataExplorer, but I cannot acheive this in my DataExploere/MMSIT. Hence I could not perform mass calibration for those images by using MMSIT.
