Does anybody use also an [b]automated[/b] spraying device to apply matrix onto the sample? How is working? Pneumatically? Electrospray? How do you prevent clogging of the nozzle and how do you get a coating which is reproducible (day by day) by just simply pressing one button?
For the moment I’m using a X/Y/Z robot and installed a pneumatic sprayer (pneumatically controlled) and having with it quite good results. The spray head is maybe too heavy and I think the X/Y/Z motor will break sooner or later. :laugh: Does anybody has an idea for another small spray head?
