When I look at my data on Biomap it cuts off a lot of the m/z values (huge chunks of data). Will go from 200 to 417 with very small increments and then jump to 550 in one increment. I am using imzMLConverter to go from .raw files to imzML. Has anyone else ever had similar problem ?
