Only black color image after importing MSI file

After converting SYNAPT G2 raw data file using MALDI Imaging Converter, then the converted file was uploaded on Biomap as import MSI file but then only black color image came out. How can I have a color image after importing MSI file?

I have the same problem. I import a MSI file, but I can´t watch anything. Did you managed to solve it? Can you help me?

Please revert to the manual. The image you see upon loading a file is the first m/z value. Use the Plot tool to show the MS and select the peak of interest. And then adjust the intensity scale.
