    I try to overlay two ion image but failure. I did it as following. “Edit–copy” the 1st image (m/z 424) and then “Edit–Paste–As Ovl” on 2nd image (m/z333).Please see attached. I watched the demo video and search the answer from forum, it seems the same procedure. What should I do for this issue? Is there any tricky? Would you like give me some suggestions. Thanks.

    The overlay function is meant to overlay images from two modalities on top of each other, eg. an MS image on an optical. If you right-mouse click on the image you’ll see more options on how this is displayed.

    The function which you might be looking for is RGB combine, where multiple channels are displayed on the same image. This function was implemented in TissueView but we did not port to BioMap…
