I am trying to process MRI DSC-data from tumor with biomap.
In the manual, for the calculation of blood flow indices from muscle or tumor data, it says:
1)calculation of the CTC(t)
I was able to create the CTC image with DSC-PWI analysis tool…procedures…native…CTC.
2) fitting the sigmoid function of the CTC(t)
3)calculation of BFI and blood volume
I do not know how to perform steps 2 and 3. Could you please give me some more detail how to these processes?
