Hi,
i have a problem with the calculation of the permeability maps from the xxx_cm.img.
I am using Biomap 3.7.2. I can assess feasible KTrans values (over ROI) from my data, but the permeability map calculation yields monotonous grey image.
In the console i can read:
FPWI_PERM: filtering Cp
.
.
.
FPWI_PERM: filtering Cp
PASL_Control: Datamanager not initialized
Program caused arithmetic error: Floating divide by 0
Program caused arithmetic error: Floating underflow
Program caused arithmetic error: Floating overflow
Program caused arithmetic error: Floating illegal operand
Could you please help me to find the problem point and the solution.
Regards
Martin
