ProTOF + BIOMAP

Hi, has anyone ever tried processing data from ProTOF (MALDI-TOF) on BIOMAP? I am having the hardest time changing the file format to one readable by BIOMAP. I went on to explore Analyze This, hoping that it can convert the spectra to Analyze 7.5 format, that didnt go very well as well.

Am very new in this field and currently trying to find the right data format or the way to convert the data format from ProTOF to BIOMAP.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I guess it all comes down to get the info on the ProTOF format so that someone can write a converter to Analyze, or even better, the new i-mzML format.
