Hi I would like to use the qMT tool of biomap. Does anyone know how to handle this? I have MT-Datasets e.g. with different off resonance frequencies. I edited the header files to reflect the MT frequencies (in Imaging Details), I also added method: MT. I then combine the three scans via the concat tool to a single scan, containing 3 volumes. In the paramter card for these 3 volumes, I inserted the off resoance frequency for each volume (e.g. 1000 Hz, 2000 Hz, 3000 Hz).
Nevertheless, when I now start the qMT tool, and click e.g. to the Parameter card I get an error:
Error in function FBMT_QMT_UI
WIDGET_INFO: Argument must be of type LONG: WMTRREF.
Can anyone help me on this issue? It seems that Biomap just does not have a necessary parameter stored somewhere in my raw data. May be the header information I gave is not correct, e.g. the Method should not be MT but something else…
I use Biomap 4.1 on a Mac – the data is converted from Dicom files.
I would be very happy for any hint.
hmm… It really looks like there are only MSI experts reading this forum with no expertise in MRI… I suggest to directly contact Marting Rausch to get his input on this.
