I am using LCQ deca ion trap with Xcalibur 2.0 for DESI imaging and i am trying to convert raw file from this to imzML format using that converter. But it always gives mt the error in german saying “error in Range check”. And according to me it dosent even load the files in the software for conversion. Dose anyone know what should i do.
Is this software only compatible with LTQ mass spectrometers.
