When generating the statistics for an ROI, it seems that the N value (m/z) in the stats window does not line up with N value in the main imaging window. For instance, if N is set to 500 for the image, I need to set N at 501 for the statistics. It seems it would be more intuitive if these numbers were in agreement.
Has anyone else observed this?
Dave
Here’s a screen shot. The top stats pane has the same N as the image and the bottom has N+1
Hi Dave,
Same here. N in the Stats window is one more than the N in the main window. But I am not sure if N is m/z value! I am not sure what N is. I see that it depends on the number of scans and number of data points in the image.
