ROI Statistics

Hello,

I was wondering how to properly use the (ROI Statistics) in TissueView (BioMaps). I’m trying to compare two ROI on the same tissue/image and I’m not quite what most of the stats mean. I notice that there is a N value that I should input. Is the N value for the corresponding m/z value that I want the stats of?

N is the number of pixels in the ROI.
