Unable to import imzML file into BioMap – MS Imaging

Hi there,

When i try to import an imzML file into BioMap i am confronted with the error:

“The following error was encountered: Attempt to subscript <PtrHeapVar527> with <INT (-26239)> is out of range.”

Is there anything this error immediately brings to mind/any output logs that can be checked for more detail? If necessary i can attach the imzML file that i am trying to import.

Current Version: 3.8.0.4

Hello
This error is typically caused by a truncated file, or a faulty header. I assume you import it as MS Image not as generic Analyze file? Does the sample data work?
