Whenever I try to convert wiff files from Analyst QS to analyze format at 100 data points per mass unit, I get the error, "WiffToAnalyzeQS Overflow" followed by "WiffToAnalyze QS Object variable or with block variable not set." I’ve tried up to 50 data points per mass unit with success. I’ve got 3GB RAM and 275 GB free hard drive space. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

This is an issue which needs to be addressed by the vendor (MDS Analytical Technologies). The script is a first (and appreciated) solution to make QSTAR data available for BioMap, but it’s far from being optimal… I count on MDS to improve their imaging support.
